Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Cranio Sacral Therapy
The Cranio Sacral system encompasses the brain and the spinal fluid and the spinal cord. The system has a unique rhythm (like the heart’s cardiovascular system) and beats at about 8 to 10 beats per minute. This light-touch technique works along with this natural unique rhythm of our body systems to balance and correct source problems.
I have been doing energy and healing work for eleven years. My training in Cranio Sacral Therapy is through the Upledger Institute. I am a certified Reiki Master and IET Practioner.
